10. Aspen: Aspen is a ski resort town in Colorados Rocky Mountains. Aspen is known for its winter sports but it's also a destination for year-round outdoor recreational activities it also has some really cool landmarks like the wheeler Opera House that was built in 1889. Aspen is in a remote portion of the Rocky Mountains which makes it one of those places that city dwellers often dream about unless you're like from Miami or Phoenix and the whole thought of snow and fresh air makes you want to cry now. If Aspen didn't have so many visitors every year it would probably be the perfect place for most people to move to crime and cost living are the only things that bring Aspen down not a lot of major crime but drunks and petty theft are always on tap and Aspen like most places that have busloads of tourists every year. This place is beautiful here's some fun facts about Aspen 96.7percent of the people in Aspen have completed high school that's amazing other places like I just did Chicago there was sections that only like 42% of the people in this neighborhood had a high school diploma 96 is  phenomenal a median home price in AspenAspen is a hundred and fifty-two percent higher than the national average like I said cost of living is pretty high in place like that.

Morrison: Morrison this is a small Foothill settlement that's named after George Morrison in the mid 1800s he was a builder and a businessman who made such an impact on the area they named a town after him. Morrison is one of the safest towns in Colorado and actually in the United States. when I research places for my list I always come across this one stat about crime which reads something like this in this town you have like a one in 25 chance of being the victim of a crime now a good town will have something like one in 75 chance a bad town might have something like a 1 in 12 chance of being victim of a crime Morrison. They have a 1 and 0 chance in other words they have no crime you’re not going to be a victim here. Morrison is hidden from the highway in a small Gulch doesn't sound very attractive but that's what they call like a little Bally. Yeah anyway that’s where it's settled that this is a view from the highway it looks just like a gas station off the interstate Morrison’s right over that hill here’s some fun facts the overall crime rate in Morrison.Morrison is a hundred percent lower than the national average. Morrison is safer than 98 percent of the cities and towns in the United States did. Employment rate in Morrison is 82% lower than the national average.




8. Parker Colorado: Parker Colorado is one of those places everyone talked about moving to in the 1980s and 90s has a lot of open space it's close to Denver. It's got fresh air and it’s got a lot of nature sounds good to me. Parker Colorado is a small town that's growing quickly in the past couple decades they’ve built quite a few residential areas. They're really nice the residents describe the schools as fantastic and the jobs are easily obtainable. Denver is an easy commute just 40 minutes away and the good news is you can still get a home for under 400,000 and these days with home prices going through the roof that’s still a pretty good price. Here’s some fun facts the poverty level in Parker is 73% lower than the national average the unemployment rate in Parker is 33% lower than the national average and the overall crime rate in Parker Colorado is 55% lower than the national average not bad numbers.




7.black forest: black forest a small town consisting of about13,000 residents near Colorado Spring sand for almost no other  this one could have made my list for having like the really cool name besides it has really great stats in crime housing and education. Black Forest got its name from having such a high density of ponderosa pines in a small area they're really thick their blackboard has been vote done of the most haunted places in the world. Just kidding the actual Black Forest in Germany then that one's haunted this one's just possessed by people they’re really friendly nothing scary about that unless you're incredibly socially awkward and it freaks you out when someone talks to you like 50% of all millennials here's some fun facts. The overall crime rate in Black Forest is 52% lower than the national average 97%  of the people in Black Forest have completed high school and actually over half of the people there have a bachelor's degree.




6.Firestone Colorado: Firestone Colorado was a small town between Denver and Fort Collins. The town of Firestone went all out on recreation areas there's about 18 parks where many of the residents enjoy camping hiking fishing things of that nature just good old-fashioned outdoor activities and when you count all the small neighborhood parks there's over 35 parks including a 12 mile scenic trail. It’s the Firestone legacy trail it's over 12miles long and located where some old train tracks used to be that used to serve the coal industry. Now they did have a sad situation in 2020. In April 2010 an explosion caused by an untapped gas well destroyed a home on Twilight Avenue killing two people and seriously injuring a third this incident prompted a statewide discussion on fracking and drilling throughout the state. They figured that that gas was let loose because of some of the fracking in the area if you don't know what fracking is I encourage you to look it up there's a lot of controversy going on with it. Whether it's really bad but I think it’s great because it's lowering gas prices and oil prices but there's some environmental impact to it that you want to know about it. There's plenty of stuff on Google about it both pro and con here's some fun facts about Firestone Colorado. Firestone Colorado is safer than 84% of the cities in the United States. 5.Windsor Colorado: Windsor Colorado is a very community centered town. There’s always an event going on during the weekends as well as throughout the week.it's like their mayor was inactivity director on a cruise ship or something side note I had a serious crush on the love boats activity. Director Julie McCoy if you remember that TV show from the 70s and 80s it broke my heart when they let her go from the show. Years later I found out they had to let her go because she had a serious Coco’s bringing everyone down and that's why she got the boot moving on. Windsor residents have an amazing view of the Rocky Mountains you could lie clean out your back porch snap a picture good enough to be on a travel website. Here’s some fun facts about Windsor. The air quality index in Windsor is 17% better than the national average the overall crime rate in Windsor is 72% lower than the national average.






4.Erie: Erie Colorado is a town that had quite a population boost in the last 20 years. Harry’s population doubled from 2000 to 2010 and now sits at about 20,000 people. The town of Erie is about 30 minutes east of Boulder at about 40 minutes north of Denver. Now they have tons of new construction here nice homes go for around 400,000. Now if you're in Los Angeles or San Francisco you just thought to yourself wow that's a third of what I paid for my house and if you're from Mississippi you just spit sweet tea on your 1997 computer and accidentally disconnected yourself from your AOL dial-up service and thought to yourself wow that's got one more zero on it then I paid for my whole farm. Anyway that was bad accent and I apologize moving on here’s some fun facts about Erie. Erie is safer than 88% of the cities in the United States the per income capital in Erie is 46% higher than the national average that's pretty good. 



3.Castle Pines: Do you like fresh air golf and low crime if so I found your new hometown I've been to Castle Pines a few times even before it was an actual City. Castle Pines is located about 20 miles south of Denver and has about 10,000 residents 9999 of them are really nice people and one of them is my cousin .He lives in a town with two golf courses and he hates golf hates people hates people that golf and hates balls and that's probably because he has none his ex-wife took them when she left him. Castle Pines is fairly new community that was incorporated in February of 2008. Now it's been said to be one of the best places to raise families in Colorado and that's due tothe great schools and low crime in which if you've got a family. Those are two things you really want to have and this’s the place for you. The homes are little pricey but that's okay if you can afford it this is the type of place you want to live. Here's some fun facts about Castle Pines. Castlewood States the median household income in Castle Pines is a 157% higher than the national average and 68.6% of the people in Castle Pines have completed a bachelor’s degree. Now some people also call this place Castle pines village okay so that's some of you it's really just Castle.



2.Louisville: Louisville is a town between Denver and Boulder and it dates back to a mining town in 1877. Now Louisville does a great job incorporating its history with a more modern feel. Yeah not really that's what it says in all the pamphlets and that’s what they like to tell you. I don't see it I see nothing but new homes and nice new neighborhoods. Don't get me wrong its a great place to live it’s just they make a point of saying it incorporates its history that's some real estate persons Flowery lingo to make you think it's an old western town. Louisville is a nice place to live so nice that in 2017 Money Magazine named Louisville one of the best places to live in America ranking at 50th. In 2008-2009 and I think in 2011 it was number one but it's still in 50 top places in the United States that's solid numbers. Here's some fun facts about Louisville. Louisville is safer than 85%of cities in the United States the median household income in Louisville is 72% higher than the national average that’s some good numbers and the schools are nothing to sneeze at either they get high marks as well.




1.Superior Colorado: Superior Colorado is another town with its history going back to a coal mine in the 1800s. Now the town is an affluent family friendly area with extremely low crime rates and lots of fun stuff to do. This town has superior stats across the board the only stats that isn't superior is the cost of living. Now it's kind of to be expected when you're living a place this Superior Colorado compared to the rest of the state crime and unemployment stats.  Get a pluses which is super education and housing get A’s which aren't a super but still good. They even have a Walmart Supercenter right outside of town. Superior Colorado is filled with great neighborhoods and great people they even have this guy that paints houses that decided to paint his Honda like a NASCAR. He's only halfway completed but hopefully someday that car will look super.
